About Joe

As a Lehigh Valley Home Owner plus a father of three children Joe is aware of how daily events affect each of our lives. If you throw in the mix of buying or selling a home, your life can be thrown into a turmoil. The Real Estate Market is continuously evolving and much more information is available to the public. Even so, much of the process and emotions when buying or selling a home are still the same. Joe remembers buying his first home and then selling it a few years later to purchase a larger one. "It was one of the most stressful times in my life and I was continuously worried that my family and I would end up homeless." says Joe. Luckily, everything went smoothly but the conflicting emotions involved in buying/selling/moving have remained with Joe. Before joining Prudential Patt White, Joe was formerly with Long & Foster Real Estate and was Relocation and eBusiness Certified plus a member of the Long & Foster Chairman's Club and the Long & Foster Gold Team. Joe is also E-PRO® Certified. Joe is a primary member of the Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS® (Lehigh/Northampton Counties) but also belongs to the surrounding boards as an MLS member (Berks/Bucks/Montgomery Counties and Carbon/Monroe Counties).
